§ 11-2-15. Form and contents of certificate.

The form of a certificate shall be prescribed by city council and shall contain the name and address of the owner and the maximum number of taxicabs allowed. It shall state that it is issued subject to the provisions of this chapter and all other applicable laws. A certificate shall be issued for an indefinite period and shall have no expiration; however, this does not waive any annual business license fees due.
