Section 1 of Ord. No. 90-83, adopted Oct. 4, 1990, repealed § 10-1-302 in its entirety. Formerly, § 10-1-302 pertained to speed limits of trains running through the city and adequate signals at grade crossings and derived from the 1982 Code.
