§ 9-2-3. Residential building code adopted by reference.

The North Carolina Uniform Residential Building Code, Volume I-B, 1978 edition, are hereby adopted and made applicable to the area within the corporate limits of the city and the area within the city's extraterritorial area, (hereinafter referred to as the "environs"). The code is hereby incorporated and made a part hereof as if same were set out in full herein, and three (3) copies of the code are on file with the city clerk.
