§ 8-4-3. Charges; collection.

(a)

The monthly 911 charge is $0.30 for each exchange access facility subscribed to by a telephone subscriber whose exchange access line or lines are located in the city which are in the area served by the 911 service.

(b)

Service suppliers will be responsible for collecting and remitting to the City of High Point the 911 charges as provided by the Public Safety Telephone Act.

(c)

Administration and collection activities to enforce and give effect to the provisions of this chapter shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Public Safety Telephone Act and ordinances and policies of the city.
