§ 6-2-9. Littering.

Littering is prohibited. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to intentionally or recklessly throw, scatter, spill, sweep, or deposit or otherwise dispose of garbage, litter, debris, trash, or other materials

(a)

On any property or private property not owned by him/her;

(b)

In a manner that it may be carried or deposited by the elements on any street, sidewalk, alley, storm drain, or other public or private property or place; or

(c)

In any stream, creek, waterway, or body of water.
