§ 5-2-23. Definitions.

(a)

Wherever the word "municipality" is used in the fire prevention code, it shall be held to mean the City of High Point.

(b)

Wherever the term "corporate counsel" is used in the fire prevention code, it shall be held to mean the attorney for the City of High Point.

(c)

Wherever the words "chief of the bureau of fire prevention" are used in the fire prevention code, they shall be held to mean the fire marshal.
