§ 5-2-4. Oath of office; uniforms.

The chief of the fire department and all personnel of uniform rank, including the fire marshall, shall be administered the oath of office upon employment with the High Point Fire Department, and for each rank that they may hold. The city manager shall prescribe the uniforms and badges for members of the fire department.
