§ 11-3-14. Franchise renewal.

The grantee shall own the system, but shall have no further right to use the public ways after expiration of the franchise term. The city shall grant or deny renewal of the franchise of a grantee in accordance with section 626 of the Communications Act (47 U.S.C. 546) or other applicable law.
