§ 10-1-203. Loitering prohibited; littering parking facilities with rubbish, handbills, etc., prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter on any parking facility established by the city without lawful authority or permission.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to scatter or litter trash, rubbish, refuse, paper or distribute handbills on any parking facility established by the city, provided that nothing shall prohibit the delivery by hand of handbills to any person.
