§ 10-1-119. Entering intersections or crosswalks.

  • No driver shall move his vehicle across an intersection, or a marked crosswalk, unless he knows that there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection, or crosswalk, to accommodate his vehicle without obstructing the passage of other vehicles, or pedestrian although a traffic control signal may be indicating his right to proceed.
